I was able to clarify this internally and can now confirm that neither of you had to wait 2 months from the date of order via form for the LG TV. The TV order is only triggered at the time of activation. I will send you the details via private message.

ChristophZ I ordered in February, so it’s more than 3 months now. Nobody there told me that the order will be triggered by activation. Anyway: If I had not called in about a month ago, my TV would never been delivered for me, as the women at quickline hotline told me that they “forgot” my order for the TV. She recreated the order on the phone call and I got a mail with the confirmation. This happened long time after the activation was already done.

C3dy I completely agree that, having ordered the TV in February, we should be at the front of the queue, not still waiting one month after ‘activation’ of the contract. But I guess Christof is just doing his best to “dress up a dog’s dinner” with this promotion (a nice English phrase for you haha). I’m weary of disputes and just want the TV to be delivered. I’m hoping for “mid-May”, as Christof promised today, so we’ll see what happens…..

C3dy It is not about the time of the order, but the activation of the product. The TV is not triggered until activation. Otherwise it would be logistically difficult if a customer withdraws from the contract before activation but has already received the TV.

Because of the open points in the private news I am already in clarification.

NickyPhil I bet he is doing the best he can. Alltough I’ve got the information now that my TV was sent in KW15… I don’t have it, so I wonder where it is now xD

@C3dy @NickyPhil Addendum: The fastest and most direct way is via your cable network company or the Quickline Support. I can forward your requests here, but there are several detours that would be omitted with a direct contact.

ChristophZ unfortunatly my cable provider will not give me any infos about the tv promotion. I have asked them several times, but they always tell me to get in touch with quickline.

What exactly is the TV model? On pdf is written 55uM7100peb and on the webpage is a new model 55uN71006lb.

Marketing offer said 55uM7100, M = 2019 model. N would be the 2020 model.

Obviously the 7100 series is quite the entry model / one the of the cheapest 55″ TV from LG.
It get sold around 500 CHF. 7100 is in Europe. The 7300 in US might be the same TV.
From what I read in some reviews, one of the big difference between this series and the more expensive models is the quality of the backlight and therefore the HDR capabilites. Then the panel is also not the best.
The 7100 supports the HDR on the paper (i.e the chip can handles it), but we should not expect miracles here: apparently the HDR experience is quite bad/average on such series.
But for a free TV, that’s fair enough.

schigabu Na ja , Fotos mit dem Schaden zu senden ist ja, wie in anderen Geschäften, nötig. Danach musst du den TV zurücksenden damit er ausgetauscht werden kann. Da ist QL sicher nicht alleine.

danke möchte 100 pro kein Fernseher mehr von Quickline. Warte ab da bei mir am Mittwoch Renet vorbei kommt um die Kupferkabel auf die neuste Glasfaser -Technologie umgestellt wird.

Ich habe am 08.05.2020 das Mail mit der Lieferbestätigung erhalten. Kann man abschätzen wann das Gerät dann auch wirklich eintrifft? Es wäre sehr hilfreich einen Track and Trace Link oder ähnliches zu erhalten damit man auch zu Hause ist wenn das Gerät geliefert wird.

Entschuldige meine Aussage vor 2 tagen.Ich war so hässig darüber weil ich einen Fernseher mit einem Schaden bekommen habe..D
achte wieso passiert nur immer mir sowas.

@SeNo bei mir ist der TV nach der Lieferbestätigung ca. eine Woche später eingetroffen.
Geliefert hat ihn die Post CH AG. Ich weiss gar nicht mehr, ob ich damals direkt von der Post die Sendungsankündigung erhalten habe (Service “Meine Sendungen” der Post).
Ich war damals im home office und das Paket wurde bei mir im Carport deponiert und nicht gegen Unterschrift abgeliefert.

MTR Vielen Dank für dein Feedback MTR. Von der Post habe ich (noch) nichts erhalten. Ich wohne in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, ich hoffe das Gerät wird nicht einfach deponiert…. Aber dann warte ich noch ein wenig.

Anscheinend bist du einer der ersten….
Ich warte auch auf meins 😀 Ich bekam vor eine Woche letzt die Aktivierungsbestätigung und die Meldung der Verzögerung, bin gespannt wie lange es dauert bis zur Lieferung…

Genau, der steht bei mir zu Hause und ist installiert. Ich hatte das Abo so um den 22. Februar in einem Shop mutiert.
Und so ca. um den 20. März wurde der LG geliefert. Also knapp einen Monat später.
