So after another 40 Minutes in waiting line, somebody finally picked up the phone… turns out that they forgot my order of the tv and sent me another order confirmation two weeks ago, which landed in my spam folder… The guy on the phone did not have any information about the order status or delivery date. He just said I have to wait at least another !8 WEEKS! until the TV gets delivered…
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a provider! They should leave their fingers from promotions like this if they’re not able to handle the orders and logistics… I will check my options and maybe step back from the contract.
