it would be helpful if you could provide your modem type and connectivity (i.e. HFC, FTTH, DSL). Also if you could indicate what your PC/Mac show under network settings.
The previous poster pointed to partial connectivity (i.e. IPv6 only). You wrote that you have connectivity to google. Please try the search “what is my ip”. It will show your public IP address as seen by google. This will normally be an IPv4 address ie something like 220.127.116.11. If you see an IPv6 address - i.e. a long string with columns, something like *2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334 then this would confirm the IPv6 only connectivity.
You might want to try to turn off your modem for a longer time (>10 minutes). This will make sure that any sessions on the network equipment side have expired.*
