So what kind of subscription have you had so far? Which box (if any) and which app on which devices?
With so few details it becomes difficult to help.
And sorry, we don’t know what kind of contracts you have and from which subscription you are changing to which new subscription.
Is the new subscription already up and running?
With a new subscription or even a change to Quickline Start there is a Quickline UHD TV Box for the TV set. Everything is already installed on it. I sent you the link to the manual.

As @eumel999 already mentioned you don’t have to use the link but open the Google Play Store and search for “Quickline TV”.
@ChristophZ: on the Mobile Apps page on the Quickline website the link to the Android app does not work.
At the moment, the “Quickline TV” (not “Quickline TV UHD”) for smartphones can’t even be found in the Google Play Store with the search.
