Have you ever been able to log in successfully?
Does the login (after changing the password) work in the Quickline Cockpit?
What kind of device do you want to log in on? iOS or Android?

Everything works for me. I have just logged out on my iPhone and on an Android tablet and then logged in again in the Quickline TV app (with the latest version installed). This works without any problems.

Otherwise you have to contact Quickline support. The Quickline Community here is not an official Quickline support channel. We other customers cannot check your account or adjust anything here.

Thank you for your reply. I never used this app earlier, I just downloaded yesterday and tried to login with my credentials on my iphone. I tried also on my husband ipad without any success. It always says user or password wrong but cannot be as I can login in my quickline account. Ok I though that this is a recurrent problem here from what I understand and hoped someone had a solution- if not will try to call tomorrow the helpdesk

No one picked up the phone at quickline and not sure where else to call. It’s not an urgent matter - will have to try again next week. Thank you for your help

Ok. I now know why i cannot login in the app webtv. The reason is i don’t have the tv box? Ok good. No-one ever proposed this box to us and anyway why one should have an extra box to watch tv on a app?

That’s strange and somehow can’t be right 🤷‍♂️ The Quickline website says the following:

Enjoy the full Quickline TV experience on your smartphone, tablet or computer. You can access our TV offer from anywhere via our Mobile App and Web TV. The only thing you need is an internet connection.

And all subscriptions include “Android TV Box, App & Web TV”.

Interesting. Then either the advertising is misleading or the person at quickline told me something wrong! So where is the truth? Would need to know from other customers who can login on this webtv app? Do you need an extra tv box. Any insight?

We are quickline customers since 2012 - updated our internet connection to glass fiber- got a new modem but never a tv box

I have 2 Quickline UHD TV boxes. So I can’t give you any information about this. The login in the app works for me.

The answer in the FAQ linked above “My Quickline login doesn’t work in the new Quickline TV app?” also doesn’t say that you need a box.

If I were you, I would call Quickline customer service again and clarify this.

It’s correct. I was also long time customer without the box. The web app mobile apps only work when a Quickline TV subscription with the box is active.

Well, I assumed (you already mentioned the TV subscription in the first post) that you have a “new” TV subscription.

Yes OK all right. This is a digital TV subscription and has nothing to do with the box, @100285797.

And as @Fipu1983 wrote, it doesn’t work with this subscription.

So you either have to accept that the app won’t work or upgrade to one of the other TV subscriptions.
